The new Multimodal Multiplex Spectroscopy UV/Vis Spectrometer is a truly revolutionary instrument; while conventional spectrometers are almost always “light limited”, MMS provides unrivalled throughput and SNR, allowing you to measure very weak signals in the 190 to 500 nm spectral range, with a resolution of 0.6 nm (pixel spacing). The MMS UV/Vis Spectrometer is based on an encoded wide area aperture, which yields up to 12X the light throughput of a traditional slit-based spectrometer.  The system also features a high QE back-thinned cooled CCD detector with 16-bit digitizer, USB interface, and easy to use ClearVu spectral analysis software creating a powerful yet affordable research grade spectrometer for a wide range of applications.
