Job Description:
The Director of Marketing directs and oversees an organization’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Director will also review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plan accordingly. Incumbent will have experience in strategic planning; ability to make and implement tough decisions; strong team-building skills and a thorough understanding of marketing, branding, and selling principles as it relates to the company as a whole as well as specific service sets within the corporate environment. Is responsible for creating, managing, executing, and measuring business unit marketing plan from concept through sales follow-up in order to achieve or exceed top line revenue objectives. The Marketing Director will develop and manage the overall plan for product and/or service commercialization and launch for the PASS Rx project and future products, including market research, positioning, promotion package pricing and distribution.

The ideal candidates must have the following qualifications:

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

• 10 years of demonstrated experience and proven success in Marketing within the

   pharmaceutical/biotech industry work with cross-functional teams

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required

• Previous management experience is required. Must have a background in web marketing and

  ROI analysis

• Analytical and Statistical background needed

• Experience writing copy and/or working in the healthcare industry is a plus

• Manage consistency of messaging, look and feel, and image of Centice’s marketing materials and

  communications

• Manage public relations strategy

• Manage relationships with outside agencies and third party vendors

• The candidate will be expected to travel to customer sites in the US, attend trade shows and

   scientific conferences. Travel will be approximately 20-25%
